Learn to Laugh

Letter from Arthur Hicks to Caribbean airline, LIAT 
This is one of my favourite complaint letters of all time. Not only is it incredibly hilarious, it teaches us to learn to laugh at the bad bits. When you think about all the things that happened on his flight, it must have been so annoying. I would have been really stroppy! But getting angry doesn't get you anywhere. Despite all the misfortune on his journey he kept his cool and saw the humour in the situation, and now we all get to enjoy the laughs as we read it.
