No more excuses

“I haven’t got enough money for a gym membership.” “I don’t have time to exercise.” “I don’t have any proper trainers.” “I can’t motivate myself.” “I’ll start next week.

How many times have you heard those excuses? How many times have you used those excuses?

Well, GUYS, I’ve made an amazing new friend called fitnessblender that smacks all of those excuses in the face. Fitnessblender is a YouTube channel with over one million subscribers, I’m surprised I haven’t discovered it sooner.

Fitnessblender has hundreds of videos to aid you at whatever stage you’re at, from complete beginner to incredibly advanced. All delivered to you by knowledgeable training professionals.

These videos are a Godsend for anyone who uses the above excuses.

Firstly, it is completely free, you can do it before bed or as soon as you wake up and the videos are short (but very effective), the narration motivates you and helps you improve your form, and finally, I’m pretty sure for many of the workouts you don’t even need trainers.

My favourite ones to do at the moment are the ten minute abs workout which leaves your stomach muscles screaming, and the booty blast challenge which takes only five minutes.
